Really liked the bed, super soft and comfy. The swimming pools are amazing, and so the beach bar restaurant Breezio.

All the Staff, including cleaners, greeted us warmly, cheerfully and politely each time we walked past. We dined in the excellent Panorama restaurant and the food was delicious. The two infinity swimming pools are beautiful and shallow enough (1.2m) for swimmers and non-swimmers alike to enjoy. The changing sea and sky kept the pools in an ever-changing light. Hotel taxis were easy to access and inexpensive. The hotel is kept beautifully clean and privacy is respected. Room service was speedy and friendly.

I liked that the property has a private beach which is very convenient for us to access anytime of the day. I also liked that the property has several beautiful swimming pools - good depth for all ages.

Excellent facilities, service and food. It felt exuberant and is maintained like a completely 7* luxurious place. Lot of restaurants to choose from and excellent sunset views from pool and balcony. Entire staff is extremely customer friendly and utmost responsive. Special kudos for staff at Kids club who catered to nose bleed of my younger one, also to the reception staff helping us with late night checkin and hotel room upgrade.

Terrific size rooms with beautiful sea views. The buffet breakfast had such an amazing choice of food. There were three pools to choose from and plenty of places to relax by the pool. Happy hours at various bars. The staff could not do enough for us. They were so kind, friendly and accommodating. Thank you to all the staff at Royal Cliff Beach Hotel Pattaya for making our stay such a memorable one.

I did buy an upgrade to the Wing Suite and Spa as the main building was very busy with Chinese and Russian families who did occupy the pool all the time . The Wing Suite was very nice and relaxing with a beautiful room and good service.

The hotel room was spacious and decorated with roses, as was asked for. The facilities we only used the pool a few times as was only there 2 night's and the beach was quiet and beautiful to watch the sunset. It was a good central location to what we needed. We did the sanctuary of truth, island hoping with Monkey Island and pattaya strip, Pattaya floating market

The hotel is beautifully maintained and has a lovely beach and plenty of restaurants and a few pools with superb views. We had a mini suite and it was very spacious and decorated tastefully. There was plenty of room for clothes, suitcases etc. There is a small step in the mini suite from the bedroom to the living area and you need to be careful as if you don't see the step its very easy to trip over it and fall because its all white marble and its concealed. A small visible strip or smoothing to indicate the step would be good The corridors could do with some updating but in general all the facilities and views were great and its a really lovely hotel for those who want a resort style getaway.

awesome pools and comfy loungers with good padding. Tip the pool boy and he will really look after you. we had the one wearing a large cowboy hat. main restaurant has excellent food with a good selection. didnt do the breakfast buffet but it sure was busy. room cleaning crew did a great job daily. all staff were friendly and smiling and greeted you each time. taxi with valet was easy and seamless.
